Helping Hands laundry Services

Used while staying at the Armani Hotel inside the Burj Khalifa. I only tell you this because the hotel made it very hard to them to pick up and deliver the laundry. Contacted through WhatsApp. Replies are a little slow but, they are running the business. So, be patient. Pricing is by the piece and was about a third of the cost the hotel charges. After waiting for the pick up which was late but, again this was the hotel’s fault. Our clothes were returned folded neatly and in sealed plastic bags. Went right into our luggage. Payment was done through a QR code with credit card. Very easy. Only recommendation is they should create a pdf of the price list to send to customers.

So I found them on Google when I was looking for laundry services in Business bay area. I must say, based on my previous experiences from other laundry services, I truly did not expect a good job from them either. But I was genuinely surprised at the quality of service they offered. They were professional and responsive. Pickup and delivery were scheduled n timely. I'd definitely be taking their service during this entire visit and if i ever come back.
