I bought a set of 10pcs pots at Game in 20/05/2020, and on 1st June 2023 decided to open and use them cause I had been using my old Hart pots, and found one of the lids was missing, after so many years of buying them and not opening the box, then I contacted Hendler & Hart and they responded back which was so awesome without any hassle, they told me they will send the driver, which they did so, before even the end of the week , I got a call from the driver who came to deliver and I'm very happy about the service Given and Hendler & Hart rendered to me. Hendler Hart is my Brand for Life, had been using it for 43years and I won’t change it now for anything Big up to the entire Team of H and H who always ensure that their customers are forever satisfied with the Brand. Very dissapointed in our "top quality" roasting dish. It has developed two small holes in the bottom under a year for no reason, rendering it useless and a waste of money.
