Hennie Bosman Kyokushin-Kan Karate

My karate journey started in 2016, for what I thought was a phase I'm going through, turned into a discipline which formed part of my daily life. It is a perfect practice for getting the most out of life physically, mentally, spiritually and for me these 3 aspects was core in my well being. I experienced an improvement in my endurance, flexibility, sense of balance as well as overall strength mentally & physically. At the age of 50, I reach my goal, grading on 10-12-2022 for my black belt which I passed. Nothing is Impossible, put your mind to your goal and you will surely achieve.
