Shocking service to say the least. We bought a vehicle 5 months ago through an estate that Karen manages and we still do not have the logbook or paperwork. She never responds to emails or phone calls. Would definitely NOT recommend her services. Extremely unprofessional.
I would strongly advise people not to use Hepburn Inc for any Conveyancing, it has been a constant up hill battle for the past 7 years with little to no responses, to our weekly emails and personal visits to understand what the challenges are. Absolutely poor to non-existing service.
Hepburn Inc will definitely be my Law Firm of choice going forward... I have been dealing with Adele from the firm. To say her response to any queries, and her proactivity in keeping you updated on progress of the matter at hand is first class, would be an understatement! She is one of the most effiecient persons I have had the pleasure of dealing with and went the extra mile time and time again. Well done to Adele and well done to Hepburn Inc. Amazing service!
