Very helpful and friendly service, helped me out of a hole with some glass tiles that I had trouble cutting and supplied a splash back for my new bathroom. I also got some advice on good places to eat out which was a bonus.
We had absolutely no idea you could do so many things with glass, until we visited Hereford Glass. They are so knowledgeable, creative and friendly. We went there for some basic glass, mirrors for our bathroom/downstairs loo, table protectors, greenhouse glass and ended up going back to order the most amazing bespoke hob splashback it has copper and gold metallic bits on a very dark blue background we love it. Shocking customer service over the phone - they’ve just lost out on a big order from myself. Will happily take my custom elsewhere. No time or patients and exceptionally rude, when I said to the woman how rude she was being she hung up. Zero customer service skills .... they defo need to work on that!
