Ordered a fridge for our company from HI-FI corp. The fridge was not in stock so we paid for it in full & said that we will wait for it from there warehouse 3 to 5 business days. It's almost a month later. The store does not call back clients because all we wanted was communication to know where is the fridge is that we paid for. They waste a clients Time, petrol & patience. Then they tell me that it was sent out for delivery but that was never communicated & they don't even have our company's address. Spoke to the supervisor before Nicky she is well aware of the problem she says it's the 1st time she is speaking to me. Pathetic service, as a company & a individual I will never place another order with this company

I have to update my review, I like hi fi Corp but the customer service on the phone is horrible. Waited 30 minutes for them to check if they have deep freezers in stocks. The person never called back after the call ended. That's the Baywest branch in P. E. Ended up buying a deep freezer at house and home instead.

Poor after sales services...I've been struggling for 5 monts to get a Refund or my money back on a Sansui fridge i bought cash at shop..Phoned customer service numerous times to lodge complaint. Extremely poor service from management at Hi Fi Co operation at Baywest Gqeberha.!!!

Very unprofessional staff the Manager Stanley totally useless in his capacity. They were happy to take my money but not very happy to sort my credit refund out

After being made to wait almost 3 hours at the store without being assisted, they took our contact details and told us to go home and that the store will contact us before the end of the day concerning the contract we wanted to take. Before leaving the mall we went back to the store, just to make sure they don't forget and they assured us that they'll contact us. And uh-huh yep you guessed it! That was just a way to get us out of sight coz they never called. So we call them the following day to follow up and we were made to wait, hung up on and when we finally got someone who claimed they were going to "help" us, they told us the same lie "we'll get back to you" and ofcourse they didn't. So we called again, phone rang a few times then after a while of trying to call them our calls stop going through. Also is there a way to make that 1 star half a star? because that's what your service deserves!

Was in your shop Friday 24 March 23 at 14h00 wanting to buy a Vacuum cleaner there was not one consultant wanting or don’t want to assist me there was one woman consultant busy on her phone your customer service have deteriorated the last 6 years it’s Pathetic to say the least I went to by a vacuum cleaner at Checkers Hyper because of your poor Customer service mainly blame your Management

It seemed as if employees didn't want to be there on a Sunday. They were not helpful at all.
