I just bought an item by hifi corp and the sales person by the name Ikaneng gave me an excellent service.
Unhelpful staff, items on promotion are not in stock. Online store for Hifi Corp is just as bad.
Friendly helpful staff with enough knowledge to sell their products. They make great suggestions for you for your needs and they can always give you a readon why they suggest a specific product. I'm always happy when I walk out there.
Worst shopping experience I have every had don't support them payed and order a Tv and was told delivery would take 3-5 day 10 days later now and still nothing. Every time its a different excuse first there systems where offline for 3 day and now the put it on the wrong shipping truck.
Worst service i bought a universal remote control from them when i get home is not compitable for my tv, worst part they told me to return it with everything including the packaging i did that ,when i get to the store they reffer to customers service I find a gentleman there i explain everything when i get there no we can't take we need the reference imagine i drove from ventersdorp to klerksdorp to get insulted by them telling me about a reference i must call the number on the remote i did for days no response so I want nothing to do with those people i just want my reffund

Good day, I contacted them on Friday dir a soundbar. The salesman told me on the system it showing 4 units but cannot sell it. He took my number, and never come back to me..Yesterday I again contact the same salesman and the same story.
One of my fav shops. Wide variety and convenient
Not very good. I went in there saterday around 11am, product i was looking for had no price on while other product was marked with a price. Went to the lady sitting behind the counter writing stuff in a book and asked her if she could help me with a price... she pointed me into the direction of the only sales person i saw in the shop. And i stood in the queue to be helped. After a while i thought let me go to game and check their price on what i needed... "Im not a big fan of game, i prefer Hi Fi corp over Game".... Well got there was plenty ppl to help their customers. I didnt need to go ask for assistance as the products was clearly marked with prices and next thing i was greeted with a smile and was assisted. I told the guy i just wanna compare with Hi Fi Corp and he said no problem. I went back, saw the lady still behind the counter where you pay, still the 1 poor sales guy trying to get to every one. So i just left and bought the thing at Game. Now guys, first thing.....If there is an event outside in the parking area for customer attraction... braai, music sounded like give aways and so on.... you gotto make sure you have more than one guy on the floor to assist ppl. You are situated in a prime spot and i hate going to the center coz you never find parking, struggle to get in and out its always just so busy there. Even without an event outside you must surely have more than 1 sales guy available. Then secondly, i dont care who you are, manager, owner, cleaner, CEO for that matter. You help your damn customer or get someone els, at least make some effort. If you are there for different reasons and can not be disturbed by anyone, go sit in the office at the back where no one can disturb you.... thirdly either mark all your products with prices or mark nothing.... its frustrating seeing all other prices except the products your looking at.... The item i bought at Game wasnt exactly what i wanted as i needed something smaller and more compact. I will just have to live with that and i will get used to it. The lady sitting behind the counter was very poor and i do not hope she was the manager cause then poor becomes pathetic and she should be demoted to cleaner. Thumbs up to the sales guy, he tried his best to assist the 3 of 4 ppl in front of me in the queue.
