Called in for a quote which they're unable to do. You have to drive all the way out there. Mention your time is limited & you need JUST a ball park figure normally R1 but can cost up to R3, which they also can't do. You have to come there. They neglect to inform you that there is a queue of others waiting on the same thing & expect you to hang around for an unknown amount of time just to get a price. There should be a better way to do this. Please be considerate of people's time. You don't have to lure them to your shop under false pretences.
