Very, very poor service. I waited for an hour and a half in store to be helped because the customer care station only has 1 person there and he was helping a client before me with her TV and when he finally found a remote that worked in her unit he had to go find batteries!! You should already have them there!! The manager is in the back and doesn't show his face unless he is called. The 1 lady is on her phone and would rather yell for someone else to assist me with a refund than doing it herself. The only person there that is doing her job is Manini hope I spelled it correctly and to her I give 5 stars, the rest of you should really take a page out of her book and also make that girl the manager!!!

Busy having the worst experience of my entire life with Hi-Fi corporation. Paid for a TV click and collect on-line a week ago. They are refusing to release my goods because their system has been down for the last 4 days. Hours on the phone, nobody interested in sorting out the problem

I would say the organisation of their back end storage system is a bit lacking. So if anyone wants to help them ding ding ding here is a business opportunity.

Horrible experience ever so disappointed never going to buy at that shop along with people close to me, EVER AGAIN.

Bad service from staff!! We took our Tv in for repairs, 21 working days has already passed, the person whom was assisting us is not around and the manager says there’s nothing she can do until that person knocks in. Were always calling for feedback, driving to the store for nothing. Very unprofessional and unacceptable… with endless excuses! The biggest mistake we did was buying our TV there. Very poor customer service. The staff wasn’t even sure whether our tv has been repaired or not! HOW???!!!

Saturday - Being ignored when approaching staff. Waiting long for making a payment at the pay point. Tuesday - Being ignored again by staff when approaching them for assistance. Being send from pillar to post. Staff talk in a language unknown to me, about my transaction. I am addressed rudely, while no eye contact is made and staff yell to one another, which I believe are instructions. I will NEVER come back. Will refer anybody to any other place except Hi Fi Corporation Bloemfontein

Purchased a washing machine less than a year ago , struggling to get someone to even look at the problem of the washing machine due to poor customer service, if we knew this was the case we would of never took the extended warranty!! Been almost two weeks now.

Excellent service the staff is very nice, engaging and they give honest opinions and very reasonable prices . Loving my purchase I definitely recommend it

Bought a new phone.. found a prob on day 5..reported prob in store on day 8. Was promised feedback on monday.. no phone call.. had to go in store again..promised feedback again same day.. never happened..laid a complaint online.. was contacted from on day 13 from some one instore... Needles to say i didnt go back..what happened to booking phone in or replacing it since its still within 14 days?? I feel scammed.. hifi will never see me again.. Customer support non existent.. After sales support having zero knowledge of troubleshooting
