Absolutely terrible floor service, bought a product with half of the parts missing, so it was opened before. Would highly not recommend this store

The staff at HiFi Corp highveld mall are very friendly and willing to assist in the best possible way They are very patient with customers and they explain everything Customer service is their middle name big up to them.

Good selection of home appliances, electronics, sound and audio goods at reasonal prices. Helpful staff!

Popped in to buy some appliances... The store was pretty small but clean and well presented. I experienced surprisingly good service considering how busy they were. I managed to get a great offer on a fridge and washing machine, however the only downside was I had to pay a hefty delivery price to deliver my items to my apartment which is less than 1km away!

Horrible customer service. Extremely disgraceful. It was my first time buying from you and I never will again. Till this day I have not received my order and the 3-5 days that you promised on your website has long passed. If you cannot deliver give me back my money please. I need those things that I have ordered so if you can't deliver send back my money I can go and buy somewhere else since you guys don't appreciate the support. With your services I'm shocked you're still in business. I will not be ordering again after this one. If I do not receive my parcel by next week I will be laying charges.

This shops client service is very poor. We requested to buy a external from this shop. First we stood around to wait for service but all individuals workin here were chatting along. When I asked hep I were told I have to wait for volt to open for 10 to 15 min Ivan the sales person went on to help another customer not notifying the manager that we are waiting after asking for the manage 30 min later she went to collect the item an we were told the volt closed and we had to wait again. This was my first and last buy at this store.
