Worst business to deal with. The manager makes empty promises and lies to make customers think he is helping them, even put phone down on me twice. I would never ever suggest anyone ever buys from them, especially if you might need to have something repaired/replaced/refunded unless you want to wait months for your item.

The customer service is very poor, i spend almost 25000 cash at this shops in Black Friday week. I am sitting now with a 65" TV that I did not have the opportunity to even watch a advertisement on. When I opened the tv there was no picture. I went back and they just said there is nothing that they can do. Very hard broken to spend that much money in a Shop and they just discard your purchase. Will never ever go back there. I received feedback from the owners, they said the Rustenburg branch will be in contact with me, they did contacted me via e mail saying they are sorry for my bad experience that i had there, they hope i will have a better experience when i visit their shops again. This was their reply to me, meaning they are not going to do anything to assist me with a R11 000 television that was bought cash, but they want me ro come back and spend money again and have a better experience, what a bunch of hippocrates these company and their management are, shame on them. I cannot accept this or just leave this for them to rob me of R11 000 and get away with it, i just cannot....

Poor service!!! Not happy at all with product I bought. Time use and result I got after I only installed it, Is a 1/10. Alread exeeded before my first proper use for purchase. Very dissapointed

The service is poor....even the branch manager does not know his work...i applied for contractwifi router its 4months not response and this issue usually takes up to a week. I went to hifi corp Rustenburg more than 3 times. They say the person responsible for wifi router contracts is not available same story for 4months

Worst customer service ever, many shop assistants, all talking to each other instead of helping customers. When you get one to help you, they have no knowledge of products, prices etc, a dump of a place

Very friendly staff and a great shopping experience. walked in and walked out with the items I needed.

I think they are selling products with factory faults. I bought a TV and it just stopped playing. It's just stuck boot screen and when I return it they said it's out of warranty and there's nothing they can do. I'll never buy anything there again

I bought 55" Skyworth TV for R9000, On my arrival at home i switch on the TV there was crack on the screen, i tooked it back to the shop at Rustenburg ,they refused to help even to replace the TV, they said i should have taken insurance of witch when i buy the TV the sales consultant never mansion anything about TV insurance. I handed the issue to ombudsman, still waiting for the outcome. Now i see why some people dislike Hifi cooperation

The shop is up standard with great gadgets and friendly stuff

Horrable company to deal with will take my bussiness elsewhere useless so disappointed
