The Hotel is 100% fabulous. The staff starting from Receptionist, Chef, Waitrons, Management they are so friendly and caring also. Their service is 100% excellent. Since one day never be disappointed, I am enjoying my stay. Hopefully on my next visit I will bring my family Rooms: The looking good, clean and nice. Food & drinks: It's so delicious

I arrived at night. Can't wait to see it in the day. The fires are burning its cold and rainy outside. Dining room is spacious serving good food. The coffee is OK. Staff is friendly and attentive. The room is beautifully styled. The place is well decorated with charm and character.Rooms: 5/5

Went there for Sunday even though it was la carte menu but it was splendid. My family enjoyed the meal. Before today I have always been going there for the hotel sumptuous breakfastsService: 5/5

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Very good facilities. Food was average, but the ambience makes up for it. Worth staying here when in the area. Food & drinks: Average...this can be improved

Not a very modern setting but one can appreciate the vintage feel when surrounded by the beautiful views in Hilton. Carpets that lead to rooms on ground level need to be cleaned or changed - musky smell not great. Restaurant has a limited menu but food was not bad however they are not geared to service large groups - be prepared to wait 2 hours for a steak....

One of the best hotels I've visited although the weather was cold and rainy and we couldn't enjoy the sparkling well kept pools and outdoor amenities but the whole atmosphere inside was warm and festive I loved the decor, staff was friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the overall hotel was clean. Thank you Anthony and your team you are doing an amazing job.

Never disappoint with lovely and clean Hotel, friendly staff and tasty food, our meeting was well. Enough parking space but they need to consider sheltered parkings

We had telephoned the hotel and we requested 2 rooms. When we had arrived and we were at reception checking in, the staff informed us that only one room was booked, we had then informed them that we had booked two rooms, eventually the second room was booked. we had proceeded to the dining area around supper time and the waiters just walked past us like we were invisible, we had called a waiter to take our order and waited over 15 mins for her to attend to us and there were not busy, after she took order we waited another 45 mins for our order and when the food arrived, it was not up to standard, it was tasting extremely horrible. We were happy with our rooms because it was clean and tidy but we were not happy with the service in the restaurant.

Right next to N3 to Jhb at Hilton, 100m from on ramp, best hotel in this area and good food. 5 star!! Nearby activities: Close to Hilton town shops and The Quarry. Good clean area in leafy Hilton.

No lift to cater for the disabled and or aged. No Potter services for guests allocated upstairs. Friendly and clean. Beautiful gardens and eco friendly interiors.
