Service was not good, the lady was on the phone while I was waiting to be helped then came to me and then went back to answer the phone. The gentleman was very helpful though.

I hired a plate compactor and brick roller from them. Very happy with the equipment however, they don't give a spanner to fix the roller to the compactor. I had to beg for one and to their credit they made u plan to get me the spanner. So a decent experience.

Amazing Experience.  Were at Parow first and received splendid services in which I got recommended to visit Maitland and over a phone call, the Maitland branch approved me to come right away and in less than 30sec I walked out the branch with full joy and I saved a buck cause I hired it for cheaper at Hire-It, so who won? I guess we both but for this review I'll say I won.. HahaHa Villian Laugh.

Service and advice is great. Just a pity they don't have card facilities. Only accept cash or EFT.

Also have what we looking for. Staff helpful and cost of hiring items not bad at all. They also offer delivery, so all in all, its is value for your money and you don't have to worry about where you have to store big items. We always hire our items on a Friday after 2pm because then you can keep it for the weekend and only pay for one day of hiring

Got two machines at this place a mixer and a jack-hammer, they were suppose to come and collect after 24 hours.  They did not come to collect the Friday and Saturday, the Sunday the offices where closed and called them the Monday. They came to collect.  I paid R1800 deposit for the two machines, thinking I would get this back, but they billed me for 3 days and I lost the deposit and still had to pay an extra R270.  These people are just a bunch of crooks.  They tell you the deposit is refundable but don't come collect as they should.  If you don't phone to collect they will just bill you for as long as you don't phone them to come to collect, they knew we only wanted the machines for 24 hours, not longer than that. Anyone that hires tools with these guys will be paying way more, and will lose the huge deposit they paid to get the machines in the first place. Bunch of Crooks don't Hire anything at HIre it, they will do you in...

Excellent  service

Here we have everything for construction industry...   grinders,drills, jack hammers. Scaffolding, generators, compactors and etc...we do repairs also on the above mentioned equipment.
