Herbert & Liebisch Incorporated was established in 2001 by Bernard Herbert, who has since left the practice. Herbert & Liebisch Incorporated, now referred to as HL, fast grew into a formidable audit, accounting and business consulting practice servicing clients of different sizes in various industry sectors.
It recently expanded its range of services through acquiring the businesses of Anderson Whittle and Capstan Financial Services, both very successful tax and accounting services providers based in Cape Town and Johannesburg respectively. HL further expanded its advisory services through the addition of HL Tax & Legal, a level 2 B-BBEE company focused on providing tax and legal services, including B-BBEE related services, to our valued clients.
