Stellenbosch High situated more towards Jonkershoek and large sports fields surrounding the school. Another elite school with the preparation of learner's for the future. Academic and educational of highest level and sport and cultural activities are part of the school's curriculum
Looks like a pretty decent place to get your secondary education. Grounds are well kept, infrastructure seems well taken care of. People are lovely

Decent school but great place to get depression. Couple of teachers that really take pride in the saying its the best. Maybe if your a girl since the girl programs get all the funding. Guys, try your best to get into prg.

Went here for five years and honestly, I want my youth back, there's been a lot of great times spent with friends but when you get past the tenth grade, friendships start fizzling out, stress starts piling up and the teachers aren't that much help in relieving that stress. One memory I have that really stands out is when one of the teachers asked me what's wrong, I told him my grandma's in the hospital with cancer and he had the audacity to say "at least she had a good life :/ ". They have a no phone policy to promote social behaviors, basically what they mean is they want us to greet the teachers in the hallway but most of the times they ignore you. They're heavy on religion even though this is a public school; they claim to be inclusive on all religions but always talk about the bible and never seem to get guest speakers to talk about other religions, just Christianity. They frequently get guest speakers to come and teach girls about being conservative and not to wear "revealing" clothes as it distracts the boys, basically blaming girls for distracting boys. Another memory I have is when they got a heavily christian speaker in and performed a "miracle" on a boy I know very well, he claimed that the boy had one leg that was shorter than the other leg and, through the power of prayer, FIXED HIS LEG. These are some of my experiences, hopefully they aren't as bad for future children that go to this school :
