A lovely and charming hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff .Would have liked more towels and a hairdryer but that's really nitpicking compared to the positive overall experience. Will recommend it and happily stay there again when driving through Bloemfontein.Rooms: 4/5
Such a beautiful space. Stunning gardens. Beautiful rooms equipped with fridges, tvs, bathrooms and electric blankets. The service was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. A must try when you visit Bloem.

What a great stay so far. Its my second time back and again I am not disappointed. So relaxing and beautiful. A must if you you are looking for accommodation in Bloemfontein. With a Lord of the Rings theme it adds something unique to your stay.

Cozy boutique hotel. Secure parking, good food and friendly staff. Old house of Lord of the rings Mr Talkien. They helped us out late one Thursday night. We enjoyed our stay. Well done.
What a wonderful stay at the Hobbit Boutique Hotel. Lovely big clean rooms with soft comfortable beds. The friendly staff were amazing and helpful. Especially Kheki on the front desk. She is a real asset to the running of the hotel.Rooms: 5/5
It's a very nice place and so welcoming. Visit it and u will have a peaceful sleep. What a comfortable place to stay in . I love it so much
