Didn't have problems for the 4 or so years I have been with them, but now it seems that they no longer exist and I am unable to contact anyone. Shame that they showed no professionalism if this is the case. Loke many, I would rather not star rate them .....
Does this company still exist? I have been a customer for over 2 years and this month our data has not been loaded. There is just no way to get hold of anyone at this company? Pity one cannot give zero stars. Surely if you go out of business you notify your existing customers?
1 Star is for a zero star company All I wanted from them is to tell me if my area is covered by their service. All I received is spam emails on a daily basis recommending that I do an application to speed up the coverage check..... Does home cloud even know how their competitors operate? On the spam emails they don't even include an unsubscribe link
I have been going back and forth with you guys regarding my service connectivity and I have been lucky to be assisted by Anisah. After dealing with about 2 of your representatives, she was the only one who managed to help me. She was patient and showed empathy. Also, I was recently charged after I have already paid my monthly fee and she got me a refund within few hours. I want to thank her and also bring to your attention that she is a great asset for your company. Excellent customer service is very rare these days. To have been the one that have received such great service, I feel grateful. Thank you guys and most of all thank you Anisah. Happy customer, Aaron
I am happy with my package, I experience no hassles and the responses are prompt. 02/08/2019 I am retracting my comment above as the service has gone to the dogs. No responses to support tickets, no responses to phone calls on any of the numbers listed on the website and absolutely terrible email etiquette by the responsible employees. I have emailed Laurelda twice and she is either ague in her responses or she ignores my emails completely. Please promptly cancel my account and reverse the money you have debited from my account since you haven't even loaded the data and its the second of the month.
I have had no problems with Home Cloud. Their service is generally good and I have not had any connection problems. When I had to reload Windows they helped me to reset my router and my system so that my connection worked 100% again. I have recommended them to a few of my friends who were looking for Internet Providers.
Iv requested that my package be canceled 3 times already and still have debit orders going off. No responses to emails, landline doesn't work and the online chat is pathetically slow.
I have a contract with home cloud for over 4 months now. I'm happy with the service I receive. They have a friendly team of agents always willing to assist and answer any questions or concerns I have. I have recommended they to friends and family and so far so good.
To whom it may concern This is Valene Samuels I am so irratated by the service I get from you I want me refund that I paid on the 29th of September and still have nit received my credit I am done fighting every single month for my data there is not one number that's works to get In contact with any one from home cloud. terrible customer service - excellent to get you to sign up, but there after absolutely terrible. have been emailing and phoning for 3 weeks and nobody could be bothered to answer any of my emails, i dealt with Noluthando and she was excellent in the beginning, but once i signed up they stopped caring. i'm so unimpressed that i want to cancel my contract, except i cant get hold of them to do so. 0 stars from me
