Best place to do shopping

Have been buying my appliances from House&Home for years. Bought a dining room table and chairs last year and in just under a year the table breaks, literally falls apart. Very poor quality. Two weeks later after reporting incident, I'm still waiting for any response. Haven't even bothered to examine the table. [Edit]: Now over two months still awaiting outtcome later I must call YOU? Again? How about you actually perform some sort of customer service, look up my complaint and then YOU can get back to ME.
