Good service , called to check if an item was available and the store staff put it aside until I collected it 2 hours later , great variety of goods in one store

You have to wait 14 days for an EFT refund from head office and even after the time period has lapsed you have to chase up for your money. Eventually received refund in cash thanks to the lovely Alicia at the Canal Walk branch. I would not purchase from Homemark again.

The service quality and attitude of the staff in the store are always poor. The product I purchased has a quality problem within one month, and I take it back for replacement, and I will not return it for various reasons. Finally, I found the manager and exchanged the display item for me. It is not a new item! After the exchange, the clerk gave me a copy of the warranty, and only gave me a half-year warranty. Will not buy anything in this shop!

Super bad customer service. Very unhelpful. Googled the info myself before making a purchase.

Been trying to get in touch with the store - number just goes to voicemail - called N1 City branch and was informed the Canal Walk branch phone was stolen - WTF can't they get a new phone!!
