Bought this product at the Clearwater Homemark Store. You advertise the product on TV for R149 but when you buy in shop it is priced at R179. Not so sure yet if the product is worth the price. Tried it last night on my hubbies jacket but did not take off the dog's hair as shown on TV. And when you put the brush in the holder, it gets stuck and you have to take off the bottom part to push the brush out again. BUT, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and try it again. Just check your price please. R30 is R30! And we drove specially to Clearwater to buy your product.
There marketing department keeps calling me, I have no idea how they got my number. They call me and when I answer there is nobody on the line. Call drops after 20secs. When I called them, a lady seemed quite impolite. Interrupted me mid sentence and then put me on hold.
I've ordered online, no updates non whatsoever regarding the delivery and when you phone them there's no answer, I've even emailed them and still haven't heard from them... Horrible customer service!!
Homemarks service is utterly disappointing. Call in and wait forever. When someone finally picks up they don’t even let you finish before putting you through to someone else where you wait forever again. Been trying to get hold of them for a month. Will not recommend this horrid place to anyone else!
Their order confirmation system is a little flawed BUT the quality of their branded products is excellent
Will never buy again at Homemark...they have the worse service. Paid on Friday, got on Monday email they got my payment. After 7 working days still waiting for email when my order will be delivered. After emailing them 4 times got on the 8 working say a response that my order is in picking because they have no stock at there shop and is waiting for stock at there warehouse. After a few emails that I am not happy with there service.. suddenly I got a email my order is at delivery....now I was wondering suddenly where did they get stock so quickly. Today is Friday night and my order is at the couriers....still no order have arrived. Probably will get it on Monday. This was my first time and will also be my last time I am buying at homemark.
Have an iron for 3 months that I bought from them. It's gone in for repairs twice and still comes back the same. The online service is pathetic too.
Staff are amazing, always ready to assist. Thank you everyone who made my experience ease and joy!
Constantly get harassed by these people calling to sell me things.
The worst online experience ever. Called 10 times Kept getting cut off. Finally they want me to still email the complaint, after giving all the details. Ray is useless, i dont know what he does there. Bought the Total Crunch machine. Comes 10% assembled, Its was incorrectly assembled. Had to figure it out from youtube videos. The calorie counter doesn't work. Changed the battery. Still not working. Spoke to Ray. He said to me " u have to insert batteries as it needs batteries" As if i live under a rock. Everything u say to them falls on deaf ears and if u call again its like u calling the first time. How are they still in business. Where is the Manager in all of this. What do you have to do to get response and problem sorted. The most disappointing service
