Never use lift/drop service if you drop your car for service, need to wait more than one hour to collect my car. Seems like they don't communicate with each other and this service centre seems bit expansive as compared to Pretoria honda centre.
Bought a 2nd hand car, which displayed an error on the dash soon after I took ownership. I want to commend the salesman and the manager for the way in which they handled the issue and kept me mobile during the time of repairs. They were professional and went the extra mile to prevent customer inconvenience. Got the car back and it's running as good as new. Will certainly go back there as well as recommend as a trustworthy dealership.
Went to the launch of the new Honda Civic Type R. We were never discriminated against, we were given enough time to see the car. Even test drove the Civic RS with a very friendly gentleman. Also enjoyed some juicy sausages with very friendly staff.
The parts department is utterly useless. It's been a full week since the initial request and after three phone calls following up etc., I still don't even have a correct quote. Simply beyond useless.
Speed of parts department is glacial. I have to follow up again and again. I want to spend money on parts! Why must I be the one chasing quotes and answers? Surely if I'm willing to pay for over priced parts, you guys should be the one following up with me?
Staff was very friendly and helpful. A review is done on their service before the keys are handed to you 2 hours before you get your car back. Waited 4 hours for a minor service. The place was not busy, it was not peak times, most people are still on holiday. The actual time worked on the car was 90mins.
So disappointed in the service I received here. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were very helpful, however, as soon as someone was assigned to look at the issue I had with my car key.. The service level really dropped. The guy who took a look at my car and key, was barely any help. So unfortunate I don't take his name down.
Seriously disappointing customer service. I took care to book my car in for service two days before, and then got there at 7am when they opened. By 11.30 I'd heard nothing from the dealership about what the service would costs so I called to find out what the quote for the service would be. At 13.50 I called to find out roughly what time my car would be ready so I could plan around my meetings to fetch the car. I was told I'd be phoned back. Two hours later no one had called so I called again and was told it would be ready at 4.30. This was a massive inconvenience as I had a 4pm meeting and a 5pm meeting. In addition, I took pains to get there first and ended up being the last to get my car back. If I hadn't called the dealership I doubt I'd have gotten the car back today. I've taken my car here for service for years and had good service but today was enough to make me look for another dealership.
Loved the service i received. Will definitly consider them to assist with servicing my car again and maybe my next honda will come from them. Keep up the good work!
Friendly staff. But, wasted time and over R900 at this dealership to correctly diagnose the noise in the car. The diagnosis was not correct and thus I took my car to another trusted repair shop.
