I appreciate the fact that this store has something of everything, however there is not a lot of stock of the variety of items. Three times in a row I request for more stock to be ordered, and each time they take my contact details and promise to contact the customer when the stock arrives. They simply don't care to let the customer know when stock arrives, and I am lucky upon arrival so find enough of the stock on the shelf if it has not been sold out again. I have noticed on all the items they will put the oldest stock right at the back of each shelf to force the customer to buy the more expensive items in front. Items up to R50 difference in price for the very same product, but the cheaper ones are moved to the very back. I honestly cant recommend such a business !

Always a pleasure dealing with Ryno van Niekerk. Not only did he show me exactly what i needed but went out of his way to show me how to use the equipment I bought. His knowledge in the hardware and DIY industry is absolutely amazing. Thank you Ryno for you guidance and efforts today. It is much appreciated.
OMW! Unbelievable great! Even I as a woman had difficulty too leaf the shop. At one time my husband disappeared between all of the aisles accompanied by personal that definitely know the products. But that didn't bother me at all I was enjoying myself.

I'm a diy-er, almost everything I need you get here.
The shop is tidy, well organised and with a good selection of tools and supplies. We could buy nice music tiles and special nippers for them. Springbok is not big, so it's nice to have this assortment at hand.
Best service I ever experienced! On entrance at the shop a friendly employee helped me immediately! Thanx guys, you are definitely the best hardware shop I have ever visited.
