"Het Sint Jans Hospice de Casembroot in Middelburg is een warm en gastvrij huis waar ongeneeslijk zieke mensen hun laatste levensfase kunnen doorbrengen. Hier wordt 24 uur per dag hoogstaande zorg geboden door een hecht team van gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen, artsen en vrijwilligers.Het Sint Jans hospice De Casembroot is aangesloten bij de Associatie Hospicezorg Nederland."
