Stayed at the Hotazel Guesthouse for business and hosted an event at the Rec Club. Was a great stay and service provided was of the highest standard. Atmosphere at the guesthouse was very relaxed and the manager and staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed the experience.
Awful service, we waited for our order for over 45minutes, the place was swarming with unaccompanied minors
Nice environment. Service very relaxed - to the point of very slow. Food ok to excellent - but be ready for a long wait. Avoid filter coffee - usually they interpret it as boiling water plus pouches of instant ;
Treat yourself and try their pizzas. Out of this world! Not shy with their fillings at all.
Prices are awesome but service aii,it takes long even if u hve put in some order in advance,fine tune that one pls
Nice restaurant, modern guesthouse, squash, tennis and pool facilities. The food is good, takes a bit long, but made fresh. Specials each day that is really worth it. Pizza, hamburger, toasted chicken-mayo were all very tasty. I will recommend this place. Ps. Gym opening soon!!!
Their food is delicious, the presentation of the food is awesome .. Calm atmosphere.. They need to work on their service though, picking up the pace a little.... We always sit outside and we end up feeling like our waiters forget about you when you are outside.. they take too long to check on you..
Nope... Sorry for my friends that wanted to treat me here... if this is the best in the area, I feel pitty to the patrons. Asked for medium to well steak, it was raw Asked for baked potato got dices potato wedges Wanted coke 20 minutes before closing and was told sorry
Food is excellent, service is poor and the ladies bathrooms are disgusting. The toilets don't flush so prepare yourself when you need to use the facilities.
