I am completing the my teachers' training at this studio. If you are looking for teachers' training, don't go anywhere else. The training is comprehensive, detailed and internationally recognised, while still focusing on students learning to teach classes to each other from the start. The class times accommodate working professionals, and the payment terms are generous. The owner and teachers at Hot Pod Yoga in Glenwood teach from the heart and have a true passion for yoga. You will gain a yoga family and become a teacher in a great environment - while having a lot of fun! Highly recommended.
Just completed the 200 hour Yoga teachers training. Wow, what an experience! I would recommend it to anyone. Awesome group of people, loads of specialists in their area brought in to give you an in-depth overview and hands on experience. Loved it!

Lovely hot vinyasa yoga if you want to sweat it out. The pod is dark so you can just focus on what you are doing and each instructor has their own style. One of the reasons I continue to love yoga!
