Was extremely disappointed By Treatment from Manager . Someone we expect to report our dissatisfaction to . He closed the store while I was inside for sometime , sales lady was very helpful and tried talking to him . I asked to see him to adress my unhappiness very professionally. He was so not willing to hear me out instead he kept on blaming his employee in front of me and told me is not his responsibility and he is not a sales person . I really tried advising him and I hope the camera was on so that the owners can see how they loose sales . I left with a sale that could’ve helped the sales lady to get some commission as well. This is so sad . I am so sad seeing people being treated like this . So painful. Sad part is I wanted to SUPRise my parents with a gift from there
Pathetic!! We are still waiting for our order and its been more than a month. No one can help us and no time frame can be given on when we will receive the order! Will never do business here again!!!
Zero Stars due to Extremely poor customer service. I actually offered the manager to train her employees in customer service. All the sales people were having a chat together, ignoring customers who walked in. I had to ask for the manager to assist me. It is good to have great products at competitive prices however, if the customer service is poor then it is not worth to shop there at all. It seems that the manager is overwhelmed with trying to manage her staff, as she conducted the entire sale herself. Definately not a shop I would like to shop at! House and Home Welkom, Up Your Game!

All the house and home cashiers are not friendly with the customer, they don't greet nor talk to us nicely. They chat with their friends through WhatsApp and Facebook while we standing there waiting for the service. Please reach them how to trear customer
