Worst hair service I’ve ever received. Ordered a wig online it took a month to receive, had to chase after multiple people just to get my hair by my birthday! When it arrived it was not customised at all! Sent it in and they did the WORST bleaching job I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m still so shocked by the service. If you want a good wig don’t take the risk with San hair. The entire experience was pathetic

I still have hair from 6 years ago that I bought at The San Hair and it is still great. Ive tried buying hair elsewhere and it was so disappointing. The customer service and the quality of their hair is top tier. I now own 6 wigs from The San Hair. Their wig care range is awesome!

My sister bought a 24inch in 2021 and it was really nice the quality was great and it didn't shed that much . I then decided to go buy my first ever wig there in February 2023. I must say I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the hair and how badly it sheds. Even going to the store the service is not the greatest especially if your not a high end customer .

I love the San. Every single one of my frontals are from them. I love the convenience of ordering online and not having to order via an app by talking to someone. Orders are processed super fast. There’s an instalment option where you can pay for your hair in 2/3 instalments. It comes in very handy. All in all I would recommend AND… installations are cheaper when you bring their hair

I have bought two wigs from the Sanhair, the first one I have had for over four years. I recently purchased my second one when they had a sale, happy with the quality of their hair. Happy with the service, I definitely plan on buying more hair from them.

When I first purchased my 13X4 straight Peruvian 26” wig I was really surprised by the quality it was really high quality and a year later my wig still looks and feels amazing! The staff at the Woodstock branch in Cape Town are really friendly and gave me an amazing installation experience. I did have some trouble with delivery but it was resolved so the only criticism I have would be the online customer service.

I’ve had the most incredible experience with The San Hair, from buying online and having my hair delivered to Woodstock Branch and doing my installation at the branch, everything was just phenomenal. They have beautiful quality hair... I have bought most of my wigs over the years from them. In the past 3 months, I purchased about 3 wigs from them... whilst I was happy with my purchases and their quality, it is my last purchase in December that I am not too happy with... the hair is beautiful as well as it's texture, I just wasn't happy with the quality of the closure in the wig i received... the closure wasn't full, the knots were overbleached and the middle parting was too wide... the rest of the hair in the body of the wig was beautiful and of a high standard, but there is something off with the closure...for a new closure, it isn't full at all, which is very strange because it's very different to the rest of my wigs almost as if there is hair missing... otherwise, the texture and quality of the hair they sell is very good...

I bought a 26 inch straight weave from The San Hair in Dec 2020. The hair is still good quality today. I get the hair treated at the Woodstock branch and the ladies are always friendly, answer calls and whatsapps, and my hair is ready when they say it will be ready. I missed the December rush, I am keen to order again soon and I hope I get the same good service.

I've been referring anyone that will listen to The San Hair. One of my wigs that I bought in 2018 is still as good as new. The quality of the Hair is SO good, the packaging is cute & the service was efficient whether online or at the store. I will be back to buy more soon.
