Please save your time and money! Use another panel shop. Unprofessional and rude service. I booked my Toyota in for repairs for an accident. These crooks resprayed my bumper and claimed they had put a new one just to get more money from insurance. When I got my car back it was missing a spare wheel and there were Coke bottles thrown in my car. Will rate them 0 stars if I could.
Poor service. After eventually receiving their quote I tried to communicate via email to get a booking and date for the work to be done. Hugo's just appeared to not be bothered to deal efficiently with a potential custome and only responded days later after I sent another email following up. Glad I didn't end up going with them if that is how they conduct their business.
Terrible service here. You are treated as though the service is a favour to you. With vague explanations about the delays. We waited over 2 months for the car to get "painted". Seriously seek alternatives if you can.
Their service was perfect but their staff members lack ethics. I left my car to fix the drivers door, which was perfectly fixed but I realized at home later that my front bumper had a dent. I took my car back to Hugo’s with the assistance of the camera photos taken prior to service, the guys promised to come back to up to today.
I was referred to Hugo's by my insurance provider. They quickly assessed the problem on my vehicle, kept me up to date on everything that was happening including emails with pictures and videos of the progress done!. I'm very impressed with the service I got, and shall be happy to recommend them to anyone.
Unbelievably bad experience. Took 6 weeks to make minor repairs to our car. They seem to have no record of the car actually being in the shop whenever you phone. Dealt with a gentleman called Baboo who seems like a nice person but is unfortunately completely incompetent. Why? Repeated promises to call back routinely broken. Repeated promises for date of competition of work routinely broken. They were unable to provide an itemized list of work done and costing. Was told that car was ready for collection but when I arrived to fetch it they couldn't find proof of payment for deposit had been emailed to them. They took over 2 hours in the shop for them to try to get paperwork together. Then time to pay. They don't take credit cards. They want you to do an EFT on their computers. Then finally time to drive the car away. They couldn't find the car's key... Never experienced such chaos. How these people can still be in business I don't know.
Possibly the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. A job that I was told would take 2-3 days is still not complete almost two weeks later. Promises to call me back were occasionally honoured but usually required my calling, holding, giving my registration again, holding, calling back. I hope that you see this post before handing your car over. Eventually got the vehicle back three weeks later with electronic logbook, music usb, cell phone charger cables and just about everything else that could be stolen stolen. This after a great show of taking photos of everything when I dropped off the car. Beware!
I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. It was a worst experience ever. They promised that my car will be ready in two weeks but it took more than two months to make it worse most of my stuff in the boot was stolen and everyone denied it. When i had to collect the car ,the mirror was not fixed after three weeks i call to enquire then when they took the car to fix it they lost my key i stayed for a week without a car and everyone was denying the key after a week they called and say they have got a new key only to find out that they made a manual key instead of a remote key they promised to change it but till today im still using that scrap key and its all their fault. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Their service is so bad they dont know how to treat customers.and their boss Marvyn was so rude to me over the phone when i was complaining about my key. I hope people can see this post before handing their cars in that place. Totally not recommended! Beware! Izigebengu leziya. Amasela!
Started well, good communication via email for the first week, then it went quiet, ending on an inconvenient note, having to wait, use a taxi service back to Hilton, and after eventually driving my car home, i found that the job was not finished. 2 things, which i find annoying -don't have time to go back to have the reverse light replaced, a great inconvenience, which should have been part of the initial job, and when i did go, everyone appeared to be on lunch? It seems my umbrella has grown legs too... not impressed!!
Got my car back half way repaired after a month and a half of waiting, They dont answer their phones or update you regarding the repairs, i had to still take my car to another shop to get it repaired, dont know why the insurance companies use this place.
