Known for its distinctive orange colour, De Huizemark changed its name to Huizemark in July 2005 whilst adopting a dynamic corporate identity and innovative approach to real estate. Our 'new' brilliant orange colour is immediately visible and makes us stand out from the crowd!

Would like to express my gratitude to Linda Greyling who assisted with a purchase in Meyerton. Would recommend Huizemark properties anytime, for those of us not familiar with the buying/selling process, everything was explained well and no hidden costs or clauses. Two stars for the general proactiveness of the agents who work here and in the end they managed to find me a buyer. Besides that, service was incredibly poor post the sale and I would certainly never choose to work with this agency again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. This experience was quite unexpected given the other positive reviews provided for the agency. If you still decide to use them, please ensure you choose your own attorney, the one they recommended for me just contributed to the overall bad experience I had when selling my place.
Five Stars? More like 500! I cannot actually give wonderful, kind Esme from Huizemark enough praise for the work she recently did in selling our apartment in Lyme Park, Bryanston. Two other agencies had had it on the market for some time, but nothing was happening; we were getting anxious and hassled, and beginning to feel quite glum. Then Bryan Biehler put us in Esme’s care and in a matter of two weeks, she could have sold our flat ten times over. She has a magic touch. We got the price we were looking for and nothing was too difficult for for Esme. She was efficient, calm, knowledgeable and professional, but warm and funny and altogether an absolute gem. Esme looked after us and also served the buyer - Win:Win. Everything was open and honest, and we all had the best possible experience. We encounter so much that is negative. Not at Huizemark.
