Happiness Dlamini Jabulani very irrate attitude doesn't know how to speak to customers. She needs to be taken to task. You cannot shout your staff infront of customers, extreme unproffetionalism displayed. Definitely not coming here again!! Understanding it's loashedding however she needs to be professional.
We tried their Zamba wings, we enjoyed them, even though they were full of fat, customer service is good too...

Their meat is dry , chips are dry .. meat have a very bad smell … when you complain they tell you about you communicating with Uber eats not them .. as if the Uber eats cook this nonsense

They have a beautiful place. However, they need to train their staff members as to how to interact with the customer in a friendly and polite way. They are too serious and too rigid for a restaurant. Restaurants that are more friendly to customers have more influx of people coming to them. However, if you're not friendly, customers will go to an alternative.
They have a good customer service, family friendly, clean and nice. Some of the sitting areas have plugs wherein you can charge your phone while enjoying your meal. They have big juicy pieces of chicken . Most importantly it is a safe place. They just don't have restrooms.
Every time i buy at hungry lion something is always miss... Today i hot 5 pieces and i bought a meal of 6 pieces. Last time i got 1 mini burger instead of two n the meal had two mini burgers. Its done deliberately
