We could not wish for a better person to manage our property

I rented a house for 4years with Ineke as the representative agent of the landlord. My experience with them was very very bad. No follow ups on maintenance. There was a history of municipal arrears and outstanding rates accounts which lead to electrical cuts on more than 4occassions. We as tenants had pay connection fees and the full historical electrical outstanding accounts before contract end. On the day of inspection I was informed that I was responsible for the cleaning of the carpets. My access was taken away so I couldn't clean the carpets. At the end of the day the money was deducted from my deposit without informing me. I will never recommend them as a renting option
