THE Huurkor group has existed for 47 years now and is a well-established and very successful brand name in the Pretoria market, offering various services like Renting and Sales of Residential and Commercial Properties, Sectional and Full Title Administration, Electricity Metering Services and Insurance.
Traditionally, the Huurkor name has become a household name in Pretoria City Centre, with our Sunnyside branch, and in the Pretoria North areas, with our Montana branch.
As with any company with the success that has been bestowed upon them, things change, new things emerge, there are new beginnings, new challenges, new ideas… which finally develop and get moulded and created into the what will be the future… and this time has arrived.
We present to you… HUURKOR PROPERTIES EAST (HPE).
Huurkor Properties East was the brain child of Mr Danie Muller, an entrepreneur and businessman who has been a Director with the Huurkor Group for many years. Along with fellow Huurkor Directors, Klaas, Hennie and Kobus Venter, Danie wanted to have a footprint in the Pretoria East area, and thus decided to acquire various smaller rental businesses and merge them into the Huurkor Group, thus creating HPE, with their offices based in Hatfield.
Along with this and under the same umbrella, HPE also started a Sales division, therefore covering the whole spectrum of Sales and Rentals within HPE.
Danie needed to build the company from scratch and employed Otto Pagel as Director of HPE for just this purpose. Otto has 15 years of experience in the Sales and Rentals of residential properties, specifically in the Pretoria East area, and eagerly shared Danie’s vision for the future of HPE.
With the backing of Danie and the Huurkor group and under the leadership of Otto, big things are on their way at HPE and they have already in a very short time, experienced some great success.
