Rien que ça, m’a mis mal à l’aise mais j’ai bien évidemment fait remarquer ceci à la coiffeuse. Au niveau de la prestation franchement rien de fou c’était littéralement un shampooing banal suivit d’un démêlage sans même utiliser un démêlant donc bonjour les cheveux cassés, puis la pose d’un masque industriel sous un casque chauffant. Ce qui m’a le plus énervée jusqu’à aujourd’hui c’est au niveau de la coupe. D’une part, le fait que la coiffeuse me demande si je veux couper les pointes mais elle ne me précise pas que c’était en supplément donc j’ai été très surprise à la caisse au moment de régler. Et d’autre part, il ne s’agissait en AUCUN cas d’une coupe de pointe mais plus d’un CARRÉ car cette dame a littéralement coupé TOUS MES CHEVEUX ! J’avais déjà coupé mes pointes 3 mois avant et cette dame a coupé toutes les repousses que j’avais, sans aucune raison car ils n’étaient en aucun cas abîmé, on parle de plus de 5 cm là. Ce n’est qu’en rentrant chez moi que j’ai remarqué ceci. Vraiment déçue, ça se voyait clairement que la coiffeuse n’y connaissait rien au cheveux crépus, d’ailleurs elle n’en avait même pas.
