I purchased over R1600 worth of products today 24.11.2022. I sent my POP through at 16:00 and asked if I may come and collect my parcel. I was told yes but they close at 16:30. I raced across town. Letting them know exactly where I am and that there is loadshedding if they could please just wait for me? I kept them updated as to my progress. I stopped outside the shop at 16:31. And when I said "sho I just made it when I walked in" the sales girl replied. "Not actually". So I told her it's not like I bought R40 stuff... and that they call it customer service... So just give me my parcel. And that is when she decided to surprise me with "I'm sorry I may not give you your parcel". Only the Nicolese works with EFTs. I asked why that could not have been said when I said I am on my way. So she said but it is Nicolese that had the shops WA phone with her. How is that for bad customers service??? Refund my money or come drop off my parcel at work first thing tomorrow morning.

A special note to Michelle Pienaar: It is unfotunate not in everyone the abbility to read nor to act civilize enough in order to prevent you looking like a complete incompitent human being. Over Black November 2022, it was clearly stated on iBeauty's order messages that no POP alone means you can collect orders. It was also cleary stated, all orders will be ready between 5 to 7 days from payment done. My order total was R13 342.00. I waited 4 days before I collected my parcel. iBeauty and your staff, thank you for your service. May you go from strengh to strengh.
