"The home baked cake shop was started in 1993. Local bakers are screened for quality and hygiene and preference is given to small bakers from the community.All bakers are vetted by local health department and stringent standards are adhered to with frequent visits by health inspectors.All cakes and baked goods are sold on a commission basis and therefore no old or sub standard goods are accepted on delivery. All bakers are allocated a bakers identity number and orders can be specific to that baker.Special orders are welcome and well excecuted on-time since 1993.Some of our goods has been featured in magazines and television and even exported for high tea offered by the South African embassy in England as traditional South African cuisine"
