i-Fundi was the first to start learnerships in the contact centre industry. Learnerships are an innovative combination of classroom and workplace based learning that introduces talented individuals into the workplace and contributes to continuous professional development. In the process, over 7000 learners have found work through i-Fundi. Today we offer over 20 accredited, nationally recognised qualifications and 100 short courses, These programmes are offered through contact sessions, e learning or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
As an Employment and Skills Development Agency, we offer a one stop solution. We project manage learning interventions, arrange financing, conduct training and assessments and provide coaching so that you are sure to have the necessary skills to succeed.
We are a leaders in our field. i-Fundi counts many of South Africa's blue chip companies as its its clients. We won the Services SETA prize for being the best implementer of learnerships. We also received an award from BPeSA, the industry association, for our i-Fundi Worx methodology which ensures that our clients achieve the results that they expect.
