I have been trying to close a contract with vodacom since July and it's still a nightmare. I don't know how many emails and calls I've made in the past month just to get a contract cancelled. I feel robbed. Anyone who sees this know any legal route I can use to get this off my life. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
I have family members working at the ignition group however the company doesn't care about they staff they agents worked the whole year yet they not even closing for festive period unless public holidays. They also dont get paid for the festive period yet they work apparently they only get paid 2000 for they Christmas an the rest of the salary later wards. No care what so ever for staff imagine not paying the agents for Christmas an making them work whole year not even to give them a thank you.
Good place to gain some work experience you need thick tough skin to work at a contact centre however the better the people around the better your overall experience in a contact centre don't settle thou but there is room for growth within
Received a call from Comit Technologies which is part of Ignition Group. Their sales agent me they were calling from Vodacom not Comit or Ignition and told me they had looked at the package my daughters were on but their usage didn't suit the package. They are on 100 minute and 1Gig packages and they could upgrade me to 100 minutes and 3Gig for an extra R10 on their current packagessounded too good to be true so I quizzed the agent a coupe of times. Now Vodacom are charging me an extra R146 a month on each contract. Vodacom confirmed it was Comit Technologies who called and they have requested the voice recordings and will escalate. Don't get caught people. PS Vodacom have been great in helping get to the bottom of this. It's been 11 days and you have done nothing. I would like my recordings please, I have asked Vodacom to lay a charge of fraud . Your sales agent clearly lied on the call and your QA never picked this up. demanding answers now please.
Absolutely shocking that network providers choose such company to represent them. Not only do the agents do the opposite to what they say but when you reach out to the company no one bothers to get back to you and you simply get ignored
What a scam. Spent 2 hours at MtM to cancel my "upgrade ". No luck. Spent over 1 hour holding on to a phone that just rang and noone answered. I hereby warn everyone not to use you.

It was great and people where wonderful even though I didn't make a cut
Great company if you know why you there and do all thats required from you , i worked there for a year and a half and my experience was amazing , I cant lie an enviroment like that be quite challenging because of the different types of people you work with but the company and management was amazing for me , I learned alot too so i'm very grateful.
