Best and only place I will get flowers from now on! Asked her to make a lovely mixed bunch for a birthday in my team at work. Not only did she make me a gorgeous bunch but she specially wrapped it with plastic and a bit of water at the bottom to ensure it lasts and still looks lovely for days!! 10 out of 10!

Incredibly friendly and makes the experience memorable. Personalized bunches made to order. My son loves making up his own bunch and they are super in helping and working to create the perfect bouquet. Overall an amazing experience that keeps us coming back.

I started supporting this florist a few months ago. The service was never good to start with but the flower arrangements always look so good so I kept on supporting as I run an events company and my clients are always looking for flowers. I always admire the blue pennygum and when I got an order from my client for blue pennygum I immediately messaged Ilhaams flowers. On the message she stated that its R50 for a bunch. I also phoned and when I phoned she told me to come in as she has in stock. I left the Southern Suburbs immediately and drove to the store in Canal walk. When I got there I asked for the R50 bunches of blue pennygum but the lady advised that it was R70 as it needs to be dyed etc. Fair enough I was willing to pay for it. I took out the money and waited for the pennygum, but I saw it was being sprayed blue so I waited. When the penny gum was presented to me it was the most awful looking mess. It was blotchy with dark blue, light blue spots and the green of the penny gum was still extremely visible on the entire bouquet. I very politely asked if she could spray it a bit more as it was a hot mess. She went back to spray it further not separating the bunch, instead sprayed the big bunch on the outside trying to spread the bunch to get inside. I've never seen such a hot mess. I asked her if I could have the bunch that she usually sells that's pure blue and the response I got was disgusting and rude. She told me to go and that she doesn't have blue pennygum for me. The way I was treated was the poorest of treatment I've ever received. I had to drive far and pay for parking after I was told to come in as she has in stock. I understand errors happen, she ran out of blue spray but there's a way of handling it professionally. Had she told me "sorry I ran out of dye spray" I would have completely understood but I was treated inhumanely. I will definitely not step foot back there. I'm so disappointed.

Always helpful friendly and sometimes get a extra rose or flowers in a bunch.

Bad service delivery. If you can't provide the service, then just say so!!!!
