The service was extremely poor and below standard. The food was stale and not fresh, staff were barely available to attend to the guests and my carpet was wet upon my arrival. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of service.Rooms: 2/5

Not taking us serious. How can you provide us with this fake juice. Since we arrive on the 5th January we ask 100% juice but no one was listening to us. Breakfast was below standard and dry.Rooms: 3/5

It's Not a Quiet Place Cause There Were Events Happening Outside Up to 5h00 a.m. Loud Music and People Singing. It is a Nice Place. I Beleive They Can Improve Their Customer Service.. We Met the Talkative Lady Tracy at Reception, She Tried to Help. The Cleanliness Outside the Rooms, On the Pavement Needs More Attention.. Rooms: Rooms are Nice and Big. I Liked the Ones with 2 Double Beds and a Small Fridge

Service before and after any event is just as important as during. The only thing I have to say is thank you to Rosina & Thato for being darlings and trying their best.

Beautiful gardens and the place is just as beautiful. Friendly staff. The Konka Weekend event in Bloemfontein was held here was out of this world. Rooms: 4/5

Great and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms that smell nice. Clean. Owner is amazing and soooo helpful!
