I went just to try on different styles of dresses to see what will suit me and I ended up saying yes to the dress! all the staff was friendly and helpful. Sphiwe was kind, understanding, helpful and took the extra mile for my mother and I. Excited to come for my dress fittings

If I could leave a no star rating I would. I had a very bad experience with the Boksburg store, my friend was having his wedding in Cape Town however most of us live in JHB so we all decided to go and hire suites at Euro Suit 2 months prior our departure from JHB, the staff said we must come for final measurements 1 days prior, so I arrived at Euro Suit on the 13th of December 2023 as I leave on the 14th of December 2023 on my arrival there was no power due to load shedding and confused why they dont have a back up generator as people need to view their fitting in change rooms which were pitch black and had to use phones for lights in fact a customer just left due to it. Finally locating someone to assist me with my final fitting so they go in the back come back and tell me it isn't ready as they are still busy so now Im worried as I have to leave the next day however I tell them I will come the next day. I arrive on the 14th note my flight is at 16:30 I get there at 09:00 the lady brings out my suit but its all wrong the pants are to big and long of which i told them to not alter then the waist coat was so small it could fit a 10 year old and my jacket could not be found they told me it was at the Sandton branch. By now 2-3 hours go by and no jacket I tell them I cant wait I have to go sort things out and get ready for my flight. So I suggested they call the Cape Town branch and tell them I will be coming through to get a suit as the Boksburg branch f*ck up. The short story I had to pay for two sets of suits and the Cape Town branch had no idea who I was and had to get the suit ready for me a day before the wedding. Still trying to get a refund.
Didn't feel good about buying from this place. They're unreasonable and just want to make a sale, no regard for the clients expectation
Paying R3600 for a dress just to fix it myself. Poor sewing!! I stood with a red face at that wedding. Will never recommend to any friends and and family
