glad to say its been over 5years of service with you guys...we have our up and downs though there no extra pecks that come with banking with you..

Sometimes I wish to drop out this subject. I was near to Cosmo city but they closed their Branch. My card is not working I did reply on Friday they said I will get it Tuesday. Today I was busy sending them emails and WhatsApp just to cancel the skhona money I sent but no one is replying me. Skhona money doesn't give me feedback I saw only sms for deduction.IMB team plz sometimes you must try to assist us very quickly.

The Listed phone number does not exist first, the whats app number is basically useless for the entire time you are ignored till it is they "closing time" then you receive a message that will leave you in Limbo for another 24hours. Like who are you????????

Very poor support when you need assistance. Its been more than 48 hours for me now without proper assistance. Try calling they don't pick up and when you use their WhatsApp contact after 30 minutes they ignore you.

This bank is becoming a problem and l would suggest not to rely on them after how they are running away with peoples monies in the name of Fica.

Disappointing no answer in the call centre no WhatsApp replies no email replies. I regret opening an account with these guys.

Professional and enthusiastic with their job for a small institution it not bad keep up the good work.
