IMC Reaction

imc reaction accountant should be replaced with some one who knows what she is doing. they don't honor their contract and submit diffirent debit amounts on diffirent dates on my account. then they call it "callout fee, in the meantime there was no "call out in 6 years.on 4 october 2022 they send me a letter saying they will debit my account with R485 "communication fee"+R399 which was my monthly rate. yet they debited my account with R1157. tey did not solve the issue so then i cancelled their services on 1 november. on 10 november i request that the debitorder should be cancelled. yet they did not do it and once again debited my account with R336. IMC now owe me R672. i want my money back. several attemps to get my money back was unsucessfull. i would not recomend IMC to anyone

Excellent customer service. They installed our alarm the same day the quote was requested. It's a great system with an easy to use app and the call Centre staff are fast as lightning and very friendly. Highly recommended!
