The service was extremely unprofessional and definitely not a Company I will recommend. I have approached another company to assist. Impact Maintenance were on site today Originally it was scheduled for last week, without notification there technician left the premises only to find out afterwards that they will not look at anything unless 50% payment is received. This message was however never communicated to me. I had to find out by phoning them to ask why nothing done. Star -1.
