Quick response to call out and then downhill from there - invoicing , no response to emails re dispute, totally unwilling to listen to the client’s side, became rude when invoice was queried. Took more than a month to call after they were emailed with a query on the invoice.
They replaced my main water pipe and now it keeps bursting - they refuse to come out - i have to contact my insurance again - i send the owner photos and he just ignores me - save yourself some sanity and DONT contact them - Service is not their best quality - not is their work
