Booked a vehicle for 4pm arrived at quarter to 4. Waited for half an hour, no vehicle in sight. Had to call someone to collect me. Worst service ever. Will not recommend!!!!

Really disappointed!!!!!  First of all we booked an volkswagen bus  three couples on holiday . After doing paper work and received the key’s… The keys didn’t work…. 15 min later we got handed a new set of keys for different rental. That rental was in horrific state!!! Panels inside was loose and lying everywhere, lots of dents and scratches. Wheel mag covers scratched badly and overall in bad condition. But anyway we are on holiday so we move the loose panels under the seats was instruction from the employee helping us also noted al the scratches and dents . So we where finally on our way. During our holiday someone stole the mag covers …. So when we took bus back i told the person receiving the vehicle what happened and he even laughed and said it’s happens on a regular basis. So after R9000 for rental R22000 deposit We received an additional bil for over R4000 For the mag covers. When we phoned them to explain and ask how they got the amount they laughed me off and said there is nothing we can do about it!!!!!!!!! Really disappointed

2nd time my broker ordered a rental car from Europcar Vanderbijlpark, both times  when I went to pick up the car they didn't have a wutomatic car in my class in stock and I havevto wait atleast a day for one to get here! This is a problem seems that you have incompetent people doing the bookings and make sure that the rental is where it should be!!!!!!!

Customer service is excellent,  front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional.  Assisting staffdrivers are also very friendly,  professional and respectful.

I came in at 12h45  , operations time 08h00 - 13h00 had to wait a long time whilst they play hide and seek. Bad service for me.

They dont inspect the vehicles propperly and then let you drive with it, as soon as you return the vehicle they want to point out all the issues on the vehicle and want to keep you liable for the damage. Dont make the same mistake that I made..
