The worst ever car rental company that I have ever seen!!! They did not came to the airport to pick us up!! They have not replied to at least 20 phone calls that I have done. The worst of course of all is they were continually hanging up the phone!!! This is not a company but a pure rubbish!!!
We rented a car in Thesalloniki with Imperial. We were not informed that for Thesaloniki, Imperial is only 3rd party and our actual reservation will be made with Simply Rent a car. This is something what we learnt in the morning when we picked up our car. If we knew their terms and that there is 150km limit per day, then you pay extra money, we would choose differnet company. Since we made reservation with Imperial, we had no idea about such limit because it's simply not written anywhere. I will not choose Imperial next time because they don't provide full information to its customers. There was 300 eur deposit we didn't know about even though we asked about in on their call line. At the end, the price was not 47 eur but more than double with the extra kms and gas. The good thing was that they picked up us at the airport, took us to their office and then took us to bus station so we can easily get to city center. The car was really comfortable and easy to drive.
We hired a car from Imperial in Athens for a month and we were very happy with the car and the service. We changed our dates of pick up and drop off a couple of times and they promptly responded and accommodated our requests. They contacted us on approach and allowed us to have the car for a later pick up than originally planned at no extra cost. Would highly recommend them and would definitely us them again. The car was comfortable, trouble free and economical.
Great experience of renting a car with Imperial! We rented a car for 25 days. Fully serviceable car with low mileage. The manager is very friendly and was in touch. We had to change the time of drop off, and they did not take additional payment for the later drop off the car . I sincerely recommend Imperial! Thank you, it's a pleasure to do business with you!
Fantastic service and great price! The second time we have used them on visits to Athens and again great brand new car and service. Giorgos was very friendly at pick up and drop off will use again for sure!
We have used Imperial Car Rental for many times and we’ve been absolutely satisfied with it. Only once last year we had a problem with a car – the engine broke in the middle of nowhere. Imperial helped us quickly. They got away the car with a truck and called a taxi for us for free. So I can recommend this company for everyone!

We rented a car for 3 weeks from Imperial Car Rental. It was good value for money and the dealings we had with the company were very professional. They even delivered and picked up the car from our home address for a small fee, which was very convenient. We will use this company again.
We booked a car by phone with Mr. Nikos. Very kind gentleman and the guys who handed it to us were on time at the airport for us. The car was economical and new!
I have used Imperial Car Rentals last year from Athens airport and i will use it this summer also. I am very satisfied with their cars, pricing and service. Newer, clean cars and very friendly and helpful staff. Very good prices
