Indulge Day Spa

The receptionist we found on 29 March 2022 has terrible customer service; she should definitely not be interacting with customers. We arrived for our 3h00 appointment and she told us that the therapists are not there they have left; when we asked why she responded by saying we are asking the wrong person as if she doesn't work here. Saying that it is not her problem with attitude. I took a half day off work to come for a Thai massage that was booked for and there are no therapists, and the receptionist gives us attitude when she is supposed to apologize and the fix the problem. I would never book again, such attitude. When we ask her what the solution is she says it's not her problem she works with stubborn Thai people. Thank God I didn't pay beforehand.

It was my first time trying thai massage, and to be honest I definetly going to go back. The experience was so amazing and the massause really did a good job. Thanks again
