Jurgita is an amazing hairdresser. She have restored my faith in UK hairdressers after a terrible experience. She did everything a hairdresser had to do to achieve the look I was going for. She is patient and takes time to listen to her client! A pleasant person with great service

The customer service at this salon is absolutely terrible. I called up to try and push forward my original booking I made on Treatwell but the receptionist on the phone could barely speak a word of English. She was not even aware of the original booking I made on Treatwell and said they were too busy! I said I needed the appointment for today as I was having a Christmas party and she asked if I could come back another day? What? Some good advice for this salon would be to hire someone to man the phones that can speak English at a good enough level to understand your clientele and to maybe check your booking system regularly for appointments made online? Wouldn’t touch this salon again with a 10 foot pole.

Very good service, very polite hair dressers and reasonable prices. I went with appointment so I didn't have to wait at all. Pleasant experience overall, I will definitely recommend and visit again.
