Jaleel put software on my wife's car to get rid of a ping that's been there for a while, although the software definitely helped it did not remove the sound completely. I also told him about another 2 issues. He's gladly offered to refund our money and put on the original software. Not something all business owners would do, but this man has proven why he has a 5 star rating on Google amongst his customers. When we have a car built for racing we will definitely make use of his services - we know he is the best and came highly recommended from all our friends and even our mechanic.
