Compared to the pictures, the place comes really close. I respect all accommodation places provided this is reciprocated. The security is firstly inconsistent with their practice, they judge based on race. They respect white people more than blacks. They will search all cars when a black person/people are in the car and allow the white folks ti pass. Sad really since we are all paying. The reception staff do not give accurate information and they play the blame game when called out. The cleaning staff have access to your rooms while you go for breakfast and dispose of your things at their discretion without any communication, the direct managers also do not take any accountability for their staff. Food: The breakfast was okay really. We stayed there for 5 days, 4 nights - eating the SAME breakfast daily is rather upsetting to the stomach. The muffins were never baked to be eaten, always were wet in middle. We could never stomach such. Above everything else, rules are only communicated as the stay progresses. Nothing is communicated prior to arrival with all the restrictions/limitations. The staff seem to be overworked and underpaid, very bitter bunch of people. You ask for assistance and you see the change in their faces. We honestly regretted spending so much money with the treatment we received. This was a paid stay which was regarded as “complementary” according to the staff.
We were there for our Year End Function. Great place. The team had fun. Downside was the music had to be turned down at 12h00, just an hour after the celebrations began.Rooms: 3/5
The security is racist….it’s not a voucher trip … and it’s a paid trip. Can we ask that we treated like adults. We understand the cordial rule of noise but we’re also on holiday…
We had such an amazing experience from warm reception, porter, comfortable big room, clean linen, good breakfast, friendly house keeping. Priscilla took the crown with her hospitality, If Musa can please upgrade the TV in the Lake view rooms. Indoor games, swimming pool, peacocks, sport field all very lit. Rooms: 5/5
The place is beautiful the hospitality was great. But they had many rules and the place will be much more fun if they had braai areas around the pool area oh around the chalets. But all in all it was fun and it's a nice place to relaxRooms: 4/5
The rooms were nice however the fridges were really small to fit what we had wished to put in and it would be good to consider their DSTV subscription to offer better channels. Nearby activities: The area has quite good areas to explore, there's a part where there are some few animals, there's place for sport and it's food that they also have a gym area.
Rooms were very dusty and dirty, showers were not probably cleaned, taps had lime scale, windows were dirty. Food: breakfast and dinner was perfectRooms: 2/5
Wonderful service I've experienced, the place it's very welcoming, quiet,full of nature and beautiful Safety: It's very safe and secured, whenever you forgot something you will always get it, the staff members are very welcoming
If you are a sports guy like me than you'll love place. They have the friendliest staff with pure hearts.
Beautiful and peaceful, love it, the staff are amazing, very caring and loving. I enjoyed every moment.
